SHIPPING and RETURNS:

You may return unused, unopened, damaged, or defective merchandise within seven days upon receiving your order. If shipping carton is damaged upon arrival, customer should verify and document condition of merchandise and file damage claim with carrier if warranted. If wrong merchandise is received, please email us at customer.service@kindredspiritsonline.com with details, and we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any defective and or damaged products will be refunded minus shipping charges and items must be returned to Kindred Spirits. Once Kindred receives merchandise, a refund will be issued in three to five business days. Kindred Spirits will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. Books, Music, Fragrance oils, Candles, Tarot Cards, Oracle Decks, and Incense cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are shipped once a week, every Wednesday, and take three to seven business days to arrive. Unauthorized returns will be refused at customer’s expense.

CLAIMS:

Claims for damages, errors in shipments, and shortages must be reported within 15 days of shipment. E-Mail Customer Service at customer.service@kindredspiritsonline.com for return authorization. Customer is responsible for filing claim with carrier for any damage caused in transit.

About the Emails Kindred Spirits Sends:

We use a third-party email service, MailChimp, to send our email newsletters. While you will receive transactional emails from us regarding the status of orders you place, no marketing email will ever be sent to you without your express and deliberate opt-in to our email lists. Any information you provide Kindred Spirits, such as your email address, to contact you through Mail Chimp will be used only for that purpose. Mail Chimp also complies with all regulations designed to protect user data.
