Liz Mena is a Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Practitioner. She is a certified Master Teacher Practitioner by the Kindred Spirits' Reiki Usui Master Teacher Degree Program of Natural Health from the Inner Journey Wellness Program. She has additional certifications in Shambhala Reiki and Shamanic Healing. Liz is a member of the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners and has been on a spiritual path for over thirty years. She feels blessed to have encountered Master level Spiritual Teachers who have come into her life and guided her to learn about yoga, meditation and mind, body, and spirit teachings. This is how she understood her gifts. One of her spiritual teachers introduced her to Reiki healing and, once Liz experienced a beautiful Angelic experience, she became interested in learning about Reiki. She also feels very blessed to have discovered Kindred Spirits Healing Center, where she teaches the "Mind, Body, Spirit and Reiki Healing Practical Guidance" class. This class provides guidance to people who have questions about their spiritual gift and don’t know whom to talk to. Liz loves to travel to Spiritual nature places like Sedona, Mount Shasta, National Parks and the beach!

As a little girl, Arcelia always believed in Magic!  She believed that anything[i] she wished or asked of Spirit,  she would receive or Manifest. Arcelia believed  that every human on the Planet was like her, until she realized that everyone was Unique in their own way.  As a curious soul, she had many questions  about  Life, Humanity, Suffering, Sickness, Our Minds and the Strong Voices Within.  She has been in India for her own spiritual growth. She enjoys being in the nature higher vibrational  places like Sedona and Mount Shasta. Arcelia is an avid reader and enjoys books such as  the  Autobiography of a Yogi Paramahansa Yagananda and Wayne's Dyer's Eckhart Hart . She has  also studied Kabala and the Landmark Education personnel and professional growth training development, where there is a focus on achieving  success and greatness. For over twenty years,  Arcelia has walked the path as an  Energy Lightworker to serve others as a Spiritual Guide.

Stephanie is a Certified Reiki Master, Shamanic Energy Healer and Channler. She is able to connect to your ancestors, galactic families, spirit team and guides, power animals, akashic records and past lives to help assist you along your healing journey.
She is currently under a Mentorship with Monica V. for learning to work with sacred herbs and candles, among other things. Throughout her journey every teacher and mentor that she has worked with was guided to her to teach and show her the sacred
knowledge of healing. She has learned some amazing knowledge along the way that she instills in her daily practice. The ultimate teacher is the one who shows you how you have the power within yourself to heal yourself. Stephanie's mission is to help spread
and share all the knowledge that she has learned over the years and to help those who are ready to tap into their own gifts and hidden knowledge that lives within their own DNA.

Deep Tolia-Shah is a certified Reiki Master/Practitioner. Deep’s healing journey began as a young child, she learned from her grandfather who was a Healer. Deep’s approach to Healing is one of Compassion, Intuition, and Holistic Well-Being. She believes that the Body, Mind, and Spirit are interconnected, and Reiki serves as a powerful tool to help restore Balance and Harmony in all aspects of life. Her training has equipped her with knowledge and expertise to channel Universal Life Energy for the purpose of Healing and Spiritual Growth.

Shana is a Reiki Master, Teacher,  Intuitive Reader, Somatic and Trauma- Informed Practioner and is a trained Family Constellation Practitioner. These practices support Shana during sessions to assist folks in connecting to their soul purpose and uncover and acknowledge hidden traumas as they continue their journey of healing.

As a Reiki practioner, Shana combines sound therapy, crystals, tuning forks and the power of Reiki energy to assist in the process of balance and healing for each client. Spirit is always present guiding her through each session and some messages may be communicated during the session.
